I am not much of a Halloween celebrant. I love to see the kids trick or treating in their cute little costumes. And I am fascinated but the overall creepiness of the holiday. But I have never been much for dressing up and going out on the town.
But this Halloween my wife Jenny and I decided to venture out into the night. Jen did the little Catholic schoolgirl with a naughty twist and I lamed out and went as a photojournalist. But I did try to style it in the David Alan Harvey motif. I think I really needed to shave the head to make it work, but it wasn’t going to happen.

We tried a new restaurant for dinner and then headed for the only cool bar in Harrisonburg, The Artful Dodger. Jenny wanted to dance and we knew it would be a great place to people watch. We were not disappointed.

Kenneth Feinberg (born October 23, 1945, Brockton, Massachusetts)[1] is an American attorney, specializing in mediation and alternative dispute resolution. Feinberg was appointed Special Master of the U.S. Government's September 11th Victim Compensation Fund and currently serves as the Special Master for TARP Executive Compensation, popularly called the "pay czar." Additionally, Feinberg currently serves as the government-appointed administrator of the BP Deepwater Horizon Disaster Victim Compensation Fund.
